msvcr80.dll cannot access....

When I run Norton's One Button Checkup it tells me that:
C:\Program Files\common files\Nero\Lib\Nero cmd.exe cannot access a
necessary file. It shows the subject dll. It also shows the same error for
Adobe Reader 8.0 and MicrosoftNET Framework.

Is there a fix for this error message?

I don't think there is a fix for this. The error is called SideBySide
and Microsoft is still working on this.

I get about 20 errors when I check my system. These errors are mainly
for Adobe CS3 Suites. The applications works fine so I am not bothered
investigating them any further.

You can see these errors in Even Viewer (Start, All Programs,
Administrative Tools, Event Viewer)
