I have a client who is randomly getting this error (but very frequently).
She is running Windows 2000 Pro SP4 fully patched with the latest version of
the RDP client. We have uninstalled and reinstalled this client several
times, yet the problem persists. This is becoming a problem. She will be
kicked out several times within the first 30 minutes that she tries and
then, after eight or so times, she is able to connect. But will then be
kicked out after a few moments. The Terminal Servers to which she is
connecting are located off-site and are managed by another company. We do
not have any control of that side of things. Pretty sure, though, that the
problem is on our end.
Where is the log file that is created by this error message located?
