My favourite game Might and Magic VI doesn't start under windows xp.I can get the front page when i use the compatibility mode but then i get an error message saying mss32.dll is not findable.Please help!

Nick Kritselis [MS] recently posted this solution for that error:

Looking at your original post, my first suggestion would be to follow the
installation path for your install of Might and Magic VI to verify that
mss32.dll is in that location. (Be sure your system is set to show all
files, or you will not seethis file.)
If you cannot find the file in the M&M VI folder, you should be able to find
the file on the M&M VI CD, and you can copy and paste it into the
installation folder on your hard drive.
The MSS32.DLL file is part of the Miles Sound System from Rad Games Tools.
If you continue to have problems, you might check their website
(www.radgametools.com) or the website for M&M VI
(http://www.3do.com/support/pc_support.shtml?PAGE=pc/welcome.html) to see if
they have more information about this particular issue.

mss32.dll is installed on my hard disk under mm6 but i cannot find the file on the cd.When i launch the game i get a shrinker.err.
