msppt.h for PowerPoint 2003..

Hi,

I have downloaded a latest sample source for PowerPoint automation using VC++.
But in this msppt.h i can't find many new features supported in PowerPoint 2003 eg RotationEffects()..

Where I can find the latest msppt.h file?
