MSPBDE40.DLL file

Hello,

found this file on my PC using a SPYware program and it says this file is a
BDE (Brilliant Digital) file (Spyware) on my registry keys. I am new to
using spyware programs, so does anyone know if this is a true Microsoft file
or a spyware file?

It's the Microsoft Jet Paradox ISAM - the component that allows you to
import/export data between Paradox and Access.
