msoffice2003standard business edition

When I try to use publisher and then edit the story in
word I get a windows xp home edition call out that says I
am out of memory and to shut down programs then try again.

I am tired of trying. I have xpoffice professional on
another computer that is not always hooked to the web. I
can open publisher and the edit the story in word just
fine.

I bought msoffice small business edition yesterday. What
is wrong?
