MsOffice 2000 compatability on XP

I have an old copy of Microsoft 2000 Office.
Can I install it on XP?
Will it execute without any problems?

From what a friend has told me...yes you can but I have not tried it myself.

Dennis I have been running Office 2000 on an XP Pro Box since 10/01.

No problems at all.
