What is the "msoclip1" directory under "C:\Documents and
Settings\xxxxx\Local Settings\Temp\msoclip1"

I delete it and it comes back after rebooting. What is it
needed for?
 
Its a temp directory used by Media Player (I assume).

Ignore it.
