msoc.dll was unable to load....

I installed upgraded to Office\Outlook 2007 from 2003. I was using the
Outlook connector for Domino. Now my Outlook will not open. I get the error
"MAPI was unable to load the information service msoc.dll...." Can anyone
offer some help? If I delete my mail profile, will I lose my contacts?

The Outlook Connector for Domino isn't compatible with Outlook 2007. Why
would you update without verifying that the add-ins you're using are
compatible with the new version? You'll need to revert back to Outlook
2003.
