msnmail to windows vista mail

how do i get it to finally switch over i can send and recieve from msn, but
i cant from windows and places like craidslist windows pops up when i want
to send an email

Switch to Windows Live Mail. It supports HTTP mail
like MSN and Hotmail.

What if I have upgraded my Hotmail to Windows Live Mail, but when trying to
send an email I still get the message that Window Mail can't use my Hotmail
address. What am I doing wrong?

Windows Mail cannot access any http mail, whether it's HotMail or the new
Live Hotmail....

Use Windows Live Mail instead of Windows Mail. Remove your accounts from
Windows Mail, if you're not using it.

Start | Default Programs
Make sure Windows Live Mail has all its defaults.
