The MSNBC newsletter willnot display in live mail. I have other http
newsletters that I get but they all display fine. How can I get this to show
or can I?

You'll find support for Windows Live Mail Desktop (WLMD) in this public newsgroup:

As PABear noted, there is now a newsgroup dedicated to WLMD. That being said,
there have been reports of other newsletter rendering problems with WLMD. I
don't know if I would go as far as to call in a known problem, but it is a bug
that is being looked at.
