Hi Gap,
There are 3 ways to disable a firewall:
1. Right click it's systray icon and select Exit or Disable;
2. Go into Admin Tools / Services and STOP it's service;
3. Turn on XP's port firewall and uninstall the application firewall
(if the above works, reinstalling the firewall fixes many issues).

| How did you disable them. I went through the control panel and changed the setting to stop, but I am still having this
problem. I recall yesterday, that McAfee made some updates that were automatically installed, and right after then the problem did
start. I never downloaded the updates to Windows. Someone help!!!!!!!
