MSN Video Player (beta) doesn't work

Hi all,

I run XP Home at home. Lately, whenever I want to play a
newsclip, e.g. from MSN.Com, it brings up MSN Video Player
(beta), but ALL the control buttons are greyed out and
nothing happens! Incidentally, when I play the SAME
newsclip on a Win2K then it works properly.

What can I do to fix this? Thanks.

I found that the Browser Privacy Blocking feature of Norton Internet
Security prevented MSN Video from playing.
