msn video keeps pausing while 'playing'

I happen to watch the msn video and it seems to play and stop (loading) and
continue to play again. what can I do so that I can enjoy the concert/song
without the pauses?
Also is possible I can direct tape it or store it so that I can play if I
do not have the interent connection. Thanks
 
Download it completely before viewing or try asking them here.
