MSN toolbar question

I tried to install the MSN toolbar. Once IE was restarted there was no bar.
I clicked on view/MSN and still nothing. It shows up in my add/remove
programs. Any ideas what may be going on.

Did you have any antivirus, crashguard, anti-ad or other protective software
running when you attempted the install? If so, uninstall the toolbar,
disable all such software and try reinstalling.
