MSN settings

I can not access sub settings in MSN Explorer. I am trying to edit my
Favorites but it will not open under Settings or Menu Bar icon. I notice I
can not delete browsing history or temp. internet files either. Under Help &
Settings I'm running MSN Explorer ver 9.60

http://support.msn.com to get your support options. You should
probably be upgrading to version 10 of MSN Explorer, too.
