msn refusal for email

I can't get on any of my email sites. When I try to sign
in there is either no response or a page comes up
with "not found".
 
I don't pretend to know a lot about computers (I am
actually on here for some help myself)...but do you have
MSN Messenger? If so, try going to your Inbox through
your messenger by right-clicking on the MSN Messenger
icon and then clicking on My email Inbox. I normally do
this when the Internet won't let me onto my email
site...it asks for my password then takes me right to my
inbox.
