MSN Pop-Up Blocker

I've got this Pop-Up virus which shows whenever I click on a name in my msn
contact list. I've already downloaded this beta anti-spyware thingy...what do
I do next to get rid of this pop-up.

1) update your antivirus definitions.
2) update Microsoft Antispyware--File, check for updates.
3) restart Windows in safe mode:

4) scan with both Microsoft Antispyware and your antivirus application in
safe mode.

If you don't have up to date antivirus, start in safe mode with networking
and do an online scan at: http://safety.live.com

I didn't have an antivirus software so I used the microsoft one. It found 5
viruses, but only got rid of 4. I still have that msn pop-up.
