I am unable to sign in on msn messenger. I've entered all

I have cotacted (e-mail address removed) they
say "you have sucessfully acessed your account since you

sign in.They responded to do as follows:Useing int exp.6
click on tools then click internet options then click
delete cookies then click ok ,click delete files, check the
box delete all off line content, click ok.

I tried above but I had no internet options just options
and nothing else they mentioned. I have windows 98 and int.

Julian,

Are you looking in the right place ?

Outlook Express has OPTIONS under TOOLS.

Internet Explorer has INTERNET OPTIONS under TOOLS.

You have to load up Internet Explorer - IE6 - then click on TOOLS/INTERNET OPTIONS then do what they suggest doing.
