MSN page does not display graphics

Wednesday Morn 10:10am

A client had 3 XP comps infected with the hpwis hijack.

Got rid of it, but,....

Using IE the MSN home page loads very slowly.

And, the graphics are not shown, and the page formatting is not correct.

Other tested sites work fine.

Direction please

Yesterday, MSN servers where "ill" ...
Today, in my case, its much better ...
 
I did not get to visit that office this past week to continue "fixing."

What did happen was: they got infected again. (?)

And then: Last Wednesday the area had power outage.

When the computers booted all was well. All three computers were not longer
infected/affected.

He said the same thing happened this morning with his laptop.

Sites were not loading (MSN, Ebay,...) he disconnected the power, connected
the cord, booted and all was well.

This is strange.
