MSN Messenger - What did I break??

I have V6.2 installed, has been working fine for months. Suddenly it will
not sign in, you click "sign in" and it thinks for a minute and then goes
right back to the sign-in screen, no errors. I can sign in on any other
computer fine, it's just specific to this one. Tried uninstall/re-install and
have the same problems.

Greetings Lance,

Try this: Firstly shut down Messenger (right-click its icon in the notification area and
click Exit), then click Start, then Run, then type:
%appdata%\microsoft
and click OK.

Right-click the MSN Messenger folder and choose Delete. After all this, restart Messenger
and see if the problem has been corrected.

Hi Lance,

Actually it's known issue when your client cache (this folder) gets damaged in some way.
