MSN Messenger Voice Problem

Hi,
When I'm trying to get voice connection
I get the trying to Connect in status bar
and after that i get error
"The computer you trying to connect doesn't response"
the problem it in my Comp , i configure the Voice in the
MSN Tools , and still nothing.
I like to mention that i can connect to Video Camera ,
But still no Voice.

If Anyone Knows the answer
I'll be Glad to a quick retort

which version of msn messenger are you running, oren? .. try here -
