MSN Messenger Problems

Every time i boot my computer, MSN Messenger logs on. I've tried
msconfig and unchecked it from starting, went to msn messenger options
and made sure it's not set to automatically sign on. It doesn't show
logging on . The only way i knew, was when someone on my MSN biddy
list im'd me. Helpppppppppppp

Start the Messenger and in Tools > Options disable "Run this program
when Windows starts" and "Allow this program to run in the
background". Close the Messenger.
Run REGEDIT.EXE and navigate to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Outlook Express. Insert a new
DWORD entry
Hide Messenger
here and set it to a value of
