MSN Messenger problem

With the 4,7 version of msn messenger Ihad no problem
sendig files. After upgrade to 6.1 version my first
attempt to send a file always failes and only the second
or third try will work. Ideas please
 
Youre upgrading to msn messenger that should be used in
msn explorer,a dial-up internet connection.4.7 works
the best for xp,5.0 is the new version but seems to
have its own problems.
