I am extremely frustrated. I run a small business where MSN Messenger is our
main form of communication between employees. Unfortunately we have been
facing serious connectivity issues over the past while.
Essentially everyone who works at their computer in the office (vs at home)
ends up popping on and off Messenger.
I tried setting up the TCP and UDP ports on our symantec hardware firewall
according to this article
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;q278887 but that has
not helped at all. The only thing I can think of is that it is firewall
related but I can't see a problem.
Please help.
