Jonathan,

Can you help me, I am pulling my hair out. Two Gateway
700X's sitting side by side (I know that makes no
difference, just increases my frustration); both running
Windows XP Home, connected through a Linksys router (UPnP
enabled), Norton System Works and Personal Firewall
installed but disabled, using an Intel PC pro camera. On
one machine, I get audio and video as advertized. On the
second machine, Wizard works fine and I see and hear me
as well as others, they can not see or hear me, just a
black screen. I have hooked both machines directly to
the modem, no router, no change. What am I missing in
the second machine?

Thank you so much for your help

Jonathan,
I'm sure you're busy but if you have any thoughts on this
subject we'd really appreciate it. I'm the guy on the
other end of this one. Both of us have the same routers
(lastest firmware). As he said with his old computer, it
works perfectly but with his new computer I can't see his
video (black screen) or get any audio. He can see and
hear me perfectly.

uPNP is enabled on his router and installed on system.
He does have the "Internet Gateway" in his Network
Connections, verifying that uPNP is working.

We have tried connecting directly with his cable modem...
completely bypassing the router, verifying that its not
the problem.

The same camera is moved from one computer to the other
when we test. We do an audio/tuning wizard each time.

WebCam Conversation does work.

Please help
