MSN Messager was diabled by Windows XP,

You can enable it through services. this is found in
administrative tools.

If you actually mean Windows Messenger, you can reenable it by download and running the
following .reg files:
http://messenger.jonathankay.com/downloads/enablewindowsmessenger_user.reg
http://messenger.jonathankay.com/downloads/enablemessenger.reg
You'll need to reboot to see the change.

If you mean something else, you'll need to be more specific about exactly what you're seeing,
any error messages that are coming up and which version of MSN Messenger you're trying to
run.
