same thing, I click to log in and it says it may be your internet
connection, check back later.
I AM connected, 24-7 dsl once in awhile I can log in so I know passport is
correct. but most times, cannot connect, check your internet connection..
I am about ready to uninstall and pretend there is no such messenger!!

Does anyone know?

You should decide which program you want to use and uninstall the other. MSN
and windows messenger are two separate programs. Pick one and uninstall the
other. Then reboot and try logging in again. Resetting your .net password on
the .net site might help as well.
