MSN Homepage--can't rearrange item order

It's probably simple, but in spite of diligent searching I can't find the
path to a menu that allows me to change the order of my MSN(IE7) homepage
items in their respective columns. (I want to put the most important ones
above the rest. I can remember using such a menu that allowed moving items up
or down, but I sure can't find it now. I keep finding MS info that refers to
that ability, but no path to it.)

I'd be quite grateful for any help on this.

From what I have seen of it, there is (limited) dragging capability.
Can you drag any items on the page?

BTW you are more likely to get help from people who actually use
that page than people who just use IE. Cross-posting for convenience.

Modification is available from this site, not the www.msn.com site
Logon with your Live ID
http://my.msn.com
Look for the option to 'Add Content'
- usually at the bottom of any existing column, but global selection for
all
Select the desired items(Weather, stocks, sports etc), click ok when done
Use the mouse to drag and item to a different location.
Once done, scroll to the bottom and select 'Make this your homepage'
 
The problem turned out to be the use of my MSN home page with Mozilla's
Firefox browser. Apparently some capabilities are lost there, including the
ability to drag and drop. I was able to go back to IE, rearrange my home
page there, and return to that format back at Firefox.
