MSN HOME PAGE SHOWS AS ALL ON LEFT SIDE OF SCREEN (TOP TO BOTTOM).
SEEMED TO HAPPEN AFTER I INSTALLED NSW 2006.

First - that's weird. Any other page do this and are we to assume the
browser is still IE?
Secondly - what happens if you uninstall the only change you claim to have
made before you noticed this phenomenon? (NSW 2006)
Lastly - in the future - you may want to consider turning off the caps lock
key when you type. It is just as hard to read for most people as say..
typing in all lower case with no discernable punctuation.
