What can i do to install the messenger beta version if i have the 1603

I have the same corrupted file. This is the message I get:
"Microsoft.Windows.Networking.RTCDll,type="win32",version=
"5.2.3.3",publicKeyToken="6595d4144ccf1df",processorArchit
ecture="x86". Help Support
HRESULT: 0x8007000s error code: "1603"

I need to upgrade the messanger utility after I have
installed MSN 9. MSN 9 refuses to run without the
upgraded messenger. Thanks
