MSN failures

I must have recorded over 1000 defects with MS XP
without one single reply from Microsoft.........

The total world wide total must be over 1,000,000 ......

No other company in the world would even consider taking
this level of defects in testing, let alone in a live
product...why do we put up with this level of defect from
MS.....Because none of us stop using MS products and when
we use the help lines in Ireland and India where people
cannot understand what we are complaining about we tend
to put the phone down so MS do not get our complaints
because we end up putting the phone down.

If you wish to complain to MS direct it seems
impossible.....yet 12 year old kids seem to be able to
hack into the secure MS company systems with ease.

Probably inticates the levlel of security with MS
products !!!!!

Get over yourself, perhaps if you were able to explain exactly what the
problem was the people manning the help lines could give you a solution.
