Yes it will be supported in Vista but not until release. The current version, MSN9, is not compatible with Vista. It will run but cause issues. It does not uninstall properly and attempting to do so can render the optical drive(s) unusable. Running it on Vista can play havoc with family member user accounts even on other machines which are not running Vista.
The fact that it was on the Windows XP install CD but not on the Vista install DVD should give an indication that MSN Explorer will not be supported in Vista. Frankly, I do not know anyone who uses it. MSN Explorer is an ugly piece of junk. Internet Explorer 7, Firefox, and Opera are way much better than MSN Explorer.
