msn explorer and IE

Will Microsoft Antispyware work on MSN explorer 9 since
its a part of IE?

What's the difference between MSN Explorer and Internet
Explorer? Is MSN Explorer safer than Internet Explorer or
are they both the same?
 
MSN Explorer is an all one Premium web browser, that combines Internet
Browsing, E-mail and other services such as News, Entertainment from the
Microsoft Network, it also requires a monthly subscription. On the other
hand Internet Explorer is a free web browser that comes as part of Windows.

I think MSN already has been built AntiSpyware scanning utility provided by
Spy Sweeper, I think.
