msn 9 upgrade

upgrade msn 9, and every one else can't sign in from
there desk top. there all under my desk top login
screen.there's 5 users on the wecome screen, and no one
can connect there. but i open my account and there all
there,and then they connect. how do i get them back to
their on desktop?
