Daniel

Hi again, this time i have another problem i didnt bother
mentioning in the other post. i dont know why, but for
some reason when i open msn 6.1, it tells me the
application configuration is incorrect and must be
reinstalled to fix the problem. i went onto the msn site
and downloaded it again (after deleting it) and then
installed it, unfortunately, the same message came up. :(

any help would be greatly appreciated, and would
downloading 6.2 make any difference?

Hey jonathon! i downloaded msn 6.2 and hooray it works :D
now it says the password is wrong lol..
it says something at the end..
0x81000303 and ideas plz say :)

Greetings Daniel,

That error basically means your password is incorrect. Assuming you've already gone through
the 6.2 Connectivity Troubleshooter, try the following:

1. Click Start, then Run, and enter the following:
regsvr32 softpub.dll
then click OK
2. Change your password @ http://memberservicesnet.passport.com/memberservice.srf to a
password less then 16 characters, and then try signing in again
