MSMQ Resends

I am sending a message using MSMQ on a WIN 2000 server to MSMQ on a Pocket PC
running WIN CE.
The message is sent across a WAN running at .2mb.
What seems to be happening is that the message is being sent more than once.
Could this be due to a registry timeout for setting for MSMQ on the server?
