According to the following article there is an update for the following
problem:
"Spooler Service Crashes When You Submit a Print Job and an Event ID 7031
Message Is Logged in the System Log"
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;[LN];820550
But the update isn't freely available and it says "To resolve this problem
immediately, contact Microsoft Product Support Services to obtain the
hotfix.".
I have tried to continue though the emailing Microsoft process but as this
is a server product it says I have to pay for a support incident.
How does one go about receiving these types of fixes?
Thanks
