msinfo.exe

When I try to run msinfo.exe it brings up Help & Support
instead..! I've tried all the different ways of running
the prog but no luck. The Help & Support icon runs the
H&S program OK.
Why do both icons run the same program...????

MSINFO.EXE does not do anything here but giving the error message,
that this program cannot be found. The System Information Tool is
started with MSINFO32.EXE.
