msinfo. exe missing from WIN.INI file..why??

Every time I start my computer, and every time I log off,
I get a screen that says my msinfo.exe could not be found,
then I click off it and another screen comes up saying the
file cannot be found in the WIN.INI. I have NO idea what
to do. Also, since that has been happening, my pages load
so slow....ignorantly slow, and broken. What to do????? I
have cleaned everything out, and it still keeps coming up.

Type "msinfo.exe" (no quotes) from your Run > Dialog box.
This should bring up the System Information Module.

Do the exact same for your 'win.ini' file -
By running these shortcuts from Run > Dialog, you are *forcing* these files
to open.
