Msimn - Warning

For the last week, everytime I connect with Outlook Express 6, I receive a
warning "Msimn - This program has performed an illegal operation and will be
shut down". I have attempted to eliminate any Spyware by using AdAware,
SpyBot S & D, and CWShredder -- and I have used Win SockFix to be certain
of the integrity of my Winsock file. A full virus scan with Norton has not
revealed any infection. I am using Windows 98 SE. Any thoughts or advice
would be very welcome.
