MSIMN [not responding]

Can someone help me with this? I am in outlook express 6 & it runs slow at times. So I ctrl alt delete and get the above message. I get several of these at a time when I am using outlook. I have to end task on all of them in order to have outlook run quicker

HELP!!! Any suggestions?
 
Ask in an Outlook Express forum. This is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.
