MsiInstaller error

Any Help on this one, one of out clients has Em's "access denied" upon logon
and when clickingOK everything is fine. Event logs have hundreds of Warnings
MsiInstaller
Event Id 1015
Failed to connect to server error 0X80070003

Any Ideas?

Try "msiexec.exe /regserver" while in the system32 directory.
