When installing Norton Systemworks or Norton Internet
Security, I get a runtime error with MsiExec.exe as the
problem. Norton tech support says its a windows problem.
I think its a norton problem. After everthing norton is
removed, there are still 9 reg keys that are norton.

Any Suggestions as to how to deal with this proble?

Thanks,
George

George,

What is the exact error you are getting? You might want to try running the following two commands to unregister and
reregister Windows Installer to see if it helps.

msiexec.exe /unregister

msiexec.exe /regserver
