msiesh.dll in Explorer for XP

I'm running XP on 576 RAM. I installed internet explorer
6.0 SP1. Since then.. when I try to open My Computer or
the Control Panel from the Start Menu... I get an error
message stating that Windows Explorer has encountered and
error and needs to close... we are sorry for the
inconvenience. When I check the technical data... I see
it says the problem is coming from explorer.exe. My APP
Ver. is 6.0.2800.1106 the problem is in Mod Name
msiesh.dll Mod Ver 1.0.0.13 and the Offset is 00004248
