I am running Windows 2000 AS and I was wondering how I
could locate the Veritas MSI creator software that is on
the Windows 2k Pro, and Windows XP pro, that is, if it
even comes with Windows 2k AS.

It should be in the same location it is on the other Windows 2000 CDs, which is <cd>:\VALUEADD\3RDPARTY\MGMT
\WINSTLE, <cd> is the drive letter of your CD-ROM drive.
