MSI Utilities ---- useful or not

Hi well I finaly got a pc built and it seems fairly stable , ran a lot of tests from the Everest suit and everything seems hunky dory .

I've built this for my sis and shes going to use it mailny for office stuff and some digital picture work . She says shes not interested in going on the net Would any of the utilities here be of any use and would they be easy to load etc .

I'm also interested in the Cool and Quiet feature and wondered if I needed to download the latest driver or any of the other drivers mentioned here ,

This was a second hand board and I've put in a Athalon 64 3400 Newcastle L2 Cache 512 .

I'm a great fan of MSI MB & other products ... but their 'tools', in my experience, are crap ... just do the normal thing and update when needed.

As an example, I have an MSI nVidia chipset graphics card, I use nVidia for the drivers ... I still have a GF2 nVidia chipset MD, I use nVidia for the drivers.

oh, I like nVidia too.

Aye I looked at the thread some months ago and will join up . However this pc's for me sister . I'm still building mine and when its up and running and I'm sure its stable then I'll become a cruncher
