MSI Reconfigure

Could you explain a bit more what you'd like to accomplish? I'm not quite sure
what you mean by reconfiguring MSI from the beginning. You can customize an MSI
using customization transforms when you first install the product. This allows
you to configure which features should be installed among other things. You can
