Yes, I realize the posts are old. I was not holding my breath knowing
the last post was in March and never gained a response. I was simply
taking a chance that someone may have resolved the issue and read this.
New threads are largely ignored after the second or third day. That's
why it's best to start a new one instead of piggy-back on an older
one.
