mshtml.dll error

I am having a frequent problem with a few programs on my systems lately.
Every time I try to open System Restore, Media Player, and sometimes when
I'm using IE, I get an error that forces me to shut down the program. The
error always involves "mshtml.dll" as well as the program I have open. I'm
running XP Home edition on a PIII 733 with all updates installed. I ran the
File Signature utility and everything checked out.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
